Shine the Light. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
8. Rights in Other States
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights substantially similar to those described in Sections 6 and 7, including the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
